Before ordering a blade
Include vehicle make, model, year and body style, front or rear position, old blade length and connector description. A close photograph of the removed attachment can help. Never include a driving licence or banking credentials.
About an existing order
Quote the order reference and the item SKU. For a change, tell us the correction before dispatch. For damage or the wrong item, include useful photographs and retain the packaging.
Response and return arrangements
We aim to reply within 2 business days, Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays. This is a target rather than a guarantee. Postal or courier returns require authorization; there is no walk-in collection service.
