What we sell and support
This storefront sells detached wiper blades and glass-cleaning cloths. We help with product selection, order requests and after-sale issues. We do not offer windshield repair, glass replacement, mobile installation or vehicle servicing. No product is described as universally fitting or approved by a vehicle manufacturer.
Ask about blade fit
Send the vehicle make, model, model year and body style, front or rear position, the old blade length and a clear description or photograph of the connector. Do not send a vehicle title, driving licence or full vehicle identification number. We can compare the listed physical specifications, but vehicle documentation and arm inspection remain necessary before purchase and installation.
Cloth selection and care
Tell us whether you need water removal, a final dry polish or detail work around clean trim. Waffle cloths suit drying; a smooth or fine polishing face suits the final pass. Separate glass cloths from oily or gritty work, and avoid fabric softener. Never substitute an abrasive cloth for removal of embedded grit.
Order confirmation, amendments and cancellation
Use your reference when requesting a quantity, address or item change. We aim to respond within 2 business days, Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays; this is a response target, not a guaranteed completion time. Checkout does not take payment. Cancel an unpaid request at any time before confirmation; for paid requests contact us before dispatch.
Problems and escalation
For damage, a missing parcel, a wrong item or a fit concern, describe what happened and include the reference and useful photos. Stop using a blade that scrapes, skips because of an incorrect attachment or appears damaged. We review the facts, provide next steps and agree replacement or refund under the Shipping and Returns Policies. If unresolved, ask for a further review at the same email with the subject Order review.
