Payment Policy

How an order is paid

The offered payment method is bank transfer after written confirmation. Add items to the cart, check the total and submit your contact and shipping details. We review the request and respond directly with the items, total and transfer instructions. There is no card, wallet, financing or live banking integration on this site.

Before transferring funds

Check the written confirmation against your request, including blade connector, length, quantity and address. Do not transfer money until you receive confirmation. We never ask for a bank password, one-time security code or remote access. If instructions are unexpected or change, verify them by calling the published number. No account details are displayed in this policy.

Amounts, tax and delivery

All prices are USD. Any applicable sales tax is included in the listed product prices and the delivery charge. Checkout adds no separate tax amount. The amount shown in your order summary is the amount to be confirmed; we will not silently change it.

We ship physical products to street addresses in the contiguous United States and DC, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, territories and PO boxes. Standard shipping is $6.95 per order and free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $60. Preparation takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation; transit normally takes 3–6 business days, for 4–8 business days total. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays.

Timing and changes

Please pay within 5 calendar days of the written confirmation. If the payment is not received, the request may be closed; you can contact us to recheck availability. Preparation begins after cleared receipt, not when a transfer is initiated. Any requested changes are confirmed in writing before a different amount is payable.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel an unpaid request by quoting its reference. For a paid request, contact us promptly before dispatch; if dispatch has not begun, we arrange a full refund. After dispatch, the Returns Policy applies. Agreed refunds are made by verified bank transfer to the original payer within 7 business days of return receipt or cancellation approval.
